Which delivery company is used?
The delivery company is Canada Post. So, when your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the package tracking number. Delivery takes on average 2-3 days when shipped.
Is it possible to cancel or modify my order once it has been completed?
Completed orders are final. On the other hand, we want your complete satisfaction, which is why you have 15 days, after receipt of your order, to tell us if you do not like your personalized facial product routine. We will see if it is possible to change your routine so that it is better suited to your skin. For all other products, you can contact us at info@beucosmetiques.com to tell us about any desired modifications or cancellations. That said, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to proceed.
Which locations are served by this Be-U Cosmétiques site?
The products available on the online site, whether personalized or non-personalized, are available throughout Canada. Delivery costs are therefore the same for all of Canada.
How much are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are $11.95 for all of Canada. Delivery is free for orders over $89.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are generally prepared within 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery time is then 2-3 working days. This is because all orders are tailor-made. You should therefore allow 3 to 10 working days to receive your order.
How can I pay for my order on the website?
You can pay with a credit card, with Paypal or by credit card with Sezzle (paid in 4 installments).
Products and Ingredients
If the products don't work for me, what can I do?
At Be-u, customer satisfaction is paramount. For this reason, you have 15 days to tell us about the problems you encounter with your routine by email to communication@beucosmetiques.com with photos and we will help you find the best formula for you. We will reformulate your products as needed and you only have to pay shipping costs.
However, you must make sure to follow the instructions for use to the letter, that is to say:
Are the products refundable?
Non-personalized products are not refundable.
As for personalized facial products, we give you 15 days to try them. If you don't like them or have a reaction, you can contact us by email with photos and explanations and we will reformulate your personalized products and you only have to pay the delivery costs. No refunds are issued.
I have sensitive skin, can I use Be-U Cosmétiques products?
Yes of course ! Our products are precisely designed for sensitive and reactive skin. Obviously, if your skin is very sensitive, you must mention it in your skin diagnosis for the body or face so that we add a natural arnica flower extract to your product. Is it possible not to do my skin diagnosis?
Concerning the facial range, we believe that it is important that your product is adapted to your skin which is different from another person. As each skin is unique and different, we will add different plant extracts to each product, depending on your skin problems, your skin type, your environment and your routine. So, facial creams are only available with skin diagnosis. When it comes to body products, we know that you may have fewer skin problems on your body than on your face. This is why we have made a pre-selection of products already made in the store that you can buy without making your diagnosis. You can choose the scent you want, but no plant active ingredient will be added if you have specific problems such as cellulite, dull skin, etc. It is always possible to personalize them by making your diagnosis online .
Are all the products vegan and not tested on animals?
Of course ! Be-U products are cruelty-free and are also vegan, meaning that no ingredients come from animal sources.
Are the products 100% natural?
Be-U products are between 96% and 98% natural. For what ? Since we want to ensure their quality as well as their lifespan of one year after purchase. For more information on the ingredients used in the products, we invite you to consult the ingredients page of our website.
Can I use Be-U products even if I am pregnant?
Yes, personalized products for the body and face are just right if you are pregnant. All you have to do is answer “yes” to the “pregnant” question in the skin diagnosis and we will not add perfume or essential oil to your products.
Are your products registered with Health Canada?
Yes, all of our products are registered and approved by Health Canada.
What is the difference between products purchased on your website and products sold in store?
Personalized products are only available on our online site.
The points of sale may also, for some, have made special collaborations with us and have their own exclusive scent. The points of sale also do not have all our scents available on the online site. To find out if a point of sale carries a particular product or scent, we suggest you contact the point of sale in question before going there.
How do I change the scent of my personalized products?
To change the scent of your personalized products, you must go to your account and redo your skin diagnosis. This way, you can choose a new scent for your products.

Diagnostic
Are my old skin diagnoses lost?
Each time you make a new diagnosis, it replaces the last one you made. Your face and body diagnoses are available in your account in the “face diagnosis” and “body diagnosis” tab.
If you have a subscription and you change your diagnosis, we will take into account the last diagnosis you made.
Where can I find my skin diagnosis results?
To access your skin analysis results, you must go to your account , in the “My skin diagnostic results” section.
Subscription
How do I stop my subscription?
You can, at any time, stop your subscription by going to your account in the subscriptions tab. You then click on “stop my subscription”. If you forget to unsubscribe before your renewal, we cannot issue a refund afterwards.

How do I cancel my subscription on the old site?
If you still have an active subscription on our old website and you wish to cancel it, it is important to write to us at communication@beucosmetiques.com.
It is important to note that if you have an active subscription on our old website, you will not be able to see it in your current account.
Also, if your renewal comes up again, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Is it possible to order just once, or do I have to subscribe?
Yes, of course, product subscription is no longer mandatory. On the other hand, the subscription allows you several advantages:
- You don't have to think about repurchasing your favorite products.
- You can change your skin diagnosis at any time by redoing your diagnosis. The latter will be registered in your online account.
- Express delivery in 2 days with Canada Post.
- Products cost you less when you subscribe.
How long should I cancel my subscription before the next renewal?
To avoid being charged for your renewal, we ask that you cancel your next renewal at least 10 days before the renewal date. To find out the date of your next renewal, consult the “my subscriptions” tab in your customer account .
Can I return the products?
Unfortunately, if you forget to cancel your subscription, it is not possible to return the products to us. This allows us to be fair to all customers. In addition, with Covid, we cannot take back any products, personalized or not.
